J. M. Curtis Was born and raised in Warwick County and when a young man was elected Treasurer of the County. He was the first treasurer of Newport News upon its incorporation and held that Office until he voluntarily retired in 1914. He was a member of Williamsburg Lodge No.6, Williamsburg, Va.   Back
