O.B. Sims

The first Secretary and later Master, came from Manchester, Va., was a clerk at the C. & O. terminals. He was a Confederate veteran serving with The Otey Battery during the war. He returned to Richmond in the early 1890's. He lost his life by accidental drowning in the James River. He was a member of No. 14 (Old Possum Lodge), Manchester, Va.
